Our staff is committed to the strictest COVID standards including 2 air purifiers, sanitizing stations and cleaning protocols in place throughout the restaurant. If you choose to present your vaccination card or Excelsior pass we do not require patrons to wear a mask. We require masks when dining at the restaurant unless seated if no card or pass has been presented. Our dining room and patio have been converted to individual booths with barriers between parties. Maximum party size is adjusted based on the area alert levels. Our new front deck is available for reservations or groups. Let's all do our part to keep everyone safe!

Agava is a farm-to-table restaurant, sourcing ingredients when possible from local and regional sources. We work with our suppliers and farmers to get fresh seasonal ingredients that are incorporated into our menus and daily specials. Current farms and distributors include:
