AGAVA IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON
WE HOPE TO REOPEN ON JANUARY 15, 2021.
Our staff is committed to the strictest COVID standards with sanitizing stations, fogging, and cleaning protocols in place throughout the restaurant. We require our guests to wear a mask when dining at the restaurant unless seated. Our dining room and patio have been converted to individual booths with barriers between parties. Maximum party size is adjusted based on the area alert levels. Our outside heated domes can be reserved and are fogged between parties. Let's all do our part to keep everyone safe!
Agava is a farm-to-table restaurant, sourcing ingredients when possible from local and regional sources. We work with our suppliers and farmers to get fresh seasonal ingredients that are incorporated into our menus and daily specials. Current farms and distributors include:
Autumn's Harvest, Stick and Stone
Plowbreak Farm, Here We Are
Remembrance Farm, Silver Queen
& Headwater Food Hub
