Our staff is committed to the strictest COVID standards including 2 air purifiers, sanitizing stations and cleaning protocols in place throughout the restaurant.
New York State is now requiring that masks be worn when inside or in a dining area, regardless of vaccination status.
Our dining room has individual booths with barriers between parties. Maximum party size is adjusted based on the area alert levels. Our new front deck is available for reservations or groups. Let's all do our part to keep everyone safe!
Agava is a farm-to-table restaurant, sourcing ingredients when possible from local and regional sources. We work with our suppliers and farmers to get fresh seasonal ingredients that are incorporated into our menus and daily specials. Current farms and distributors include:
